How it works: your whites get PQ-encoded and wrapped in a Rec. 2020 PQ color profile — the one thing LinkedIn preserves when it re-encodes uploads. On HDR screens (recent iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, OLED phones) your picture glows. On regular screens it looks perfectly normal. Don't re-save the file with other tools — that kills the effect.
